I have attached a PowerPoint presentation about the UCMJ. This is my outline on how a case might develop, the ways in which a command can deal with allegations, and the concerns that have to be addressed if a case is going to go to court-martial.
Keep in mind that each case is different. The facts in your case will affect what actions the command will take.
If you want to consult on a case I recommend you review the presentation first. This will familiarize yourself with the significant questions to be asked and some of the terms and procedures. That can help make our time more efficient. Efficient use of time allows me to keeps costs and fees down.
